By accessing and using the Requotly website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We provide a platform for HVAC companies to re-engage with unsold estimates through our proprietary recovery pilot programs.
2. Service Description
Requotly facilitates re-engagement with homeowners for residential HVAC replacement projects. Our service includes reviewing past estimates, conducting professional outreach, and qualified appointment setting. The specifics of each project recovery are determined by individual pilot agreements between Requotly and the Client.
3. Data Privacy & Estimates
The Client is responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to share homeowner estimate data with Requotly. All data shared is subject to our Privacy Policy. We maintain strict confidentiality and only use estimate data for the purpose of re-engagement as authorized by the pilot scope.
4. Pilot Limitations
Initial pilot programs are defined by a specific volume of estimates and a dedicated outreach period. Requotly does not guarantee a specific number of booked appointments, as results are dependent on the quality of original estimates and general market conditions.
